I haven’t been focusing on the nutrition aspect of my life as much as I would like recently. It’s time for me to get back on track with what I am passionate about!
I also work as a graphic and website designer and business has been great, but taking away from what I really want to do with my life. I love designing, but sitting at the computer 40-50 hours a week just isn’t for me. Now that Spring is approaching I want to be outside more. I want to actively pursue new health coaching clients. I want to make my health my number one priority. I want to be in the best shape of my life. I want to eat the best food for my body. I want to be happy and live life to the fullest!!
