Whoa! Be careful with those mustard greens!

When I make my morning smoothie – See Recipe – I always throw in a large handful on dark green leafy veggies. When I was shopping in the produce section yesterday I was looking at all the greens and since it was later in the evening so there wasn’t a large selection. I choose the greens that looked the freshest and they happened to be mustard greens.
